The CBP One™ app is a user-friendly portal that provides access to a variety of services offered by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Features of CBP One

The first feature of CBP One™ is the Inspection Appointment request. Additionally, they can receive real-time status updates regarding their appointment requests and even chat with a CBP Agriculture Specialist for any additional information needed.

The second feature of CBP One™ is the I-94 feature, which is aimed at travelers. With this feature, travelers can conveniently apply and pay for their I-94 up to seven days prior to their arrival at a Port of Entry (POE) in the U.S. The app also provides access to a digital copy of their I-94 and up to five years of travel history. This mobile version of the I-94 application process simplifies the process for travelers and brings all the necessary information to their fingertips.

Over the next year, CBP One™ plans to roll out additional features targeting Small Vessel Operators, Bus Operators, Aircraft Operators, Seaplane Pilots, commercial truck drivers, and Commercial Vessel Operators. These new features will further enhance the app's functionality and cater to the unique needs of these specific user groups.
