This app allows you to create a Securus Online account, change your password and PIN, and set up security questions quickly and easily. With Video Connect, you can schedule video sessions with your incarcerated loved one from anywhere in the world. You can even enroll in Video Connect subscriptions, access your upcoming scheduled video sessions, and receive notifications about video sessions. You can also manage photos for identification, view transaction history, and manage your credit/debit cards. By testing your Wi-Fi/cellular connection, you can determine the quality of Video Connect. For best results, use a headset or earbuds with a microphone.

AdvanceConnect is another feature of Securus Mobile that lets you fund your prepaid calling account. You can choose from your contacts to receive calls to your phone numbers. Subscriptions are available where possible. You can manage your account by seeing available funds, add or change phone numbers that can receive calls and block or unblock calls. You can enroll in AutoPay or TextPay, and update or change credit/debit card information. Another option is the Securus Debit feature, where you can deposit funds for you to call any number, purchase music, games, movies for your loved one's tablet or schedule and pay for Video Connect session, and purchase stamps to send eMessages and eCards.

With eMessagingTM, you can sign up and purchase stamps to send and receive messages. With Snap n' SendTM, you can snap a selfie or choose from your gallery to send a photo to your contact. You can also transfer stamps to your loved ones or prepay for them to reply. Send a 30 second VideoGram and receive and send eCards – digital greeting cards to encourage and uplift. Text Connect lets you send and receive short text messages with limited availability.
